NFHS Online Courses

Being a student-athlete means learning a lot. In addition to proper warm-up, training, cool-down, and conditioning exercises, the student-athlete learns technical and tactical skills from their coaches. In addition, there is a mental game aspect that all students need to learn and master in order to be successful are all vital parts of any athletic program. Coaches will take time to focus on each of these areas for their sports.

However, there are a lot of other aspects of participating in a sport that students should be aware of and knowledgeable about. The National Federation of High Schools provides SEVERAL COURSES that can help engage and educate student-athletes and their families in a variety of topics. Almost all of them are 100% free!
